MD Firefighters Battle 4-Alarm Rowhome Fire

The Baltimore City Fire Department battled a four-alarm blaze that damaged multiple units in a row of homes.

Baltimore City firefighters battled a four-alarm fire that damaged multiple units in a rowhome leading to a partial collapse Monday in west Baltimore.

Firefighters were called to the 1500 block of West Baltimore Street for the fire that affected a total of seven units, some vacant and some operable, according to WBALTV.

During firefighting operations, a full collapse occurred to one property and a partial collapse occurred to three other structures.

Fire crews got a bulk of the fire knocked down and worked to monitor and control hot spots.
